The Assistant Restaurant Manager assists the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of operation of Athens' #1 rated Cutler's Restaurant & Bunch of Grapes Tavern.
We are looking for a creative, fun, energetic food and beverage professional early in their career who wants to grow with the OU Inn/Cutler's and with Pyramid Global Hospitality.
The ideal candidate will be innovative when it comes to menu creation, next level cocktails, have a desire to learn the financial aspect of a restaurant and bar, as well as great communication to lead a successful team.
Some basic duties include, but are not limited to:
-interviewing potential candidates, onboarding and retaining great employees that live our People First lifestyle.
-promote the hotel facilities while creatively upselling the Cutler's Restaurant product.
-ensuring that weekly schedules and biweekly payrolls are completed and that employees are paid accurately.
-create a positive work environment that employees want to return to each day.
Previous experience in restaurant serving, bartending or similar will be considered! No previous management required.
