Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused leader to join our team as a Tennis Groundskeeper. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team.  This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized fitness environment.  They will also maintain outdoor athletic facilities and assists with indoor athletic events set up. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. 

• Maintains gardens and grounds by pruning, fertilizing, watering, trimming,
  trimming, sweeping, mowing, cleaning areas, maintaining areas and
  performing other tasks as assigned in daily schedules.to ensure adequate part are available.
• Maintains and operates various maintenance equipment in a safe manner
  to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, and staff. Includes
  operation of beach sweeper, lawn mowers, line trimmers, and edgers,
  following daily time schedules. Maintains all equipment by cleaning,
  oiling and refueling as necessary.

• Blows debris and dust from surface of hard tennis courts.

• Keeps tennis court tapes, nets, fences and gates in good and clean condition.

• Reports maintenance issues to the Recreation Manager

Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
