Location Description


Deloitte University - Hotel & Conference Center

  • High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University.  Closed to the public.
  • 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites.
  • Three restaurants including a Starbucks.
  • 105,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms.
  • Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields.
  • All professional clientele.  No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events.

The Guest Services Agent provides all guests with support at the Guest Services Center, including print jobs, email and instant messenger correspondence with guests, shipping, retail, and any other general requests that might arise in a professional and timely manner. 


  • This is a Part-Time position.

  • $17.00 per hour.




  • Operate the retail center, managing inventory and ensuring sharp presentation of merchandise.

  • Provide general information to guests relative to meetings and meeting services. These services include but are not limited to copying, printing, faxing, and other business center services.

  • Monitor and offer assistance through email, chat and phone.

  • Send and receive guest packages.




  • Previous guest services/business center experience preferred.

  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred.

  • Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred.

  • Previous guest or customer service experience required.

  • Familiarity with basic office equipment, including printers and copy machines

  • Strong computer skills.  Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.  Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and Excel experience desirable.

  • Must be able to be certified as a Texas Notary within 90 days of hire.
