Essential Functions:

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
The primary responsibilities for the Cocktail Server at the Rowes Wharf Bar include but are not limited to:
- Assist with greeting guests, creating a good first impression for the dining experience.
- Completion of all opening and closing side work.
- Ability to provide detailed descriptions of all menu items, assisting with pairings while ensuring accurate orders are taken.
- Provide the highest service standards possible to all guests.
- Full knowledge and descriptions of all wines, beers, and cocktails, and be able to make recommendations.
- Service of cocktails, wine and champagne in accordance with safe alcohol service standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness of server stations, and equipment.
- Meet and exceed all guest request and expectations with a professional attitude.
- Adhering to the proper cash handling procedure including tip reporting, due backs, and bank.
- Complete all closing procedures.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional for the position of Housekeeping Houseperson at the Boston Harbor Hotel. This position is responsible for performing daily cleaning duties in an orderly manner throughout the hotel, with special emphasis to be given on Public Areas. Periodically, this position will be assigned special cleaning projects, and responding to high priority clean ups.

- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned floors (i.e., vacuuming, buffing, etc.) while ensuring a clean environment for our guests.
- Assist the Housekeeping team with upkeep of supplies, delivery of linen, paper products, and assist with cleaning as needed.
- Communicate with Supervisor throughout shift to be aware of the work.
- Restocking of guest floor supply closets, to include linen, supplies, amenities, and any other supplies as needed by the Housekeeping team.
- Clean all internal offices, emptying trash, vacuuming and dusting.
- Responsible for delivery of guest amenities and Housekeeping deliveries when assigned.
- Respond appropriately to guest and associate inquiries to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.

Your role:

- Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window, carpeting, etc.
- Performs general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
