KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   The primary responsibilities for the Stewarding Supervisor include but are not limited to:   - Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operation of the Stewarding Department. - Consistently monitor performance levels, promoting a cohesive teamwork environment, mentoring, and delegating effectively. Practice safety standards and report any unsafe conditions to the Executive Chef. - Making sure all requisitions are accurate and completed on time for both the FOH and BOH - Follow posted schedule, be aware of teammates schedule – communicate tardiness and call outs to executive chef. - Help guide the team throughout the day-to-day operations. - Monitoring how and where things are put away. Proper maintenance of cast iron and wooden boards - If something needs to be fixed – email engineering and send email out to culinary and stewarding chefs, leads, supervisors. - Monitor loading dock dumpster, notify purchaser and Executive Chef when needed to be picked up. - Be responsible for and maintain a high level of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times. - Proper use of personnel protection equipment - Oversee the counting of BIG 4 - Chemical Ordering with Purchaser - Maintain inventory of kitchen towels in office - Follow departments cleaning, opening, and closing checklists etc. Daily, Weekly and Monthly cleaning projects - Aware and knowledgeable of SDS Book - Making sure the floor is being cleaned according to SOP. - Making sure dish machine is maintained according to SOP. - Ice Machine Maintenance and tracking

The Lead Kitchen Equipment Mechanic will perform and/or oversee the preventive maintenance and repairs of existing equipment as well as consider, plan and execute upgrades and new installations of Kitchen equipment. - This position is full time. - $25.00 or more per hour, based on experience. - Availability on weekends and holidays preferred.     Responsibilities - Serve as property expert on all kitchen equipment, as well as other mechanical equipment. - Completes work orders submitted for kitchen equipment within the property producing quality results in an efficient manner to manufacturers original design levels. Also assist with other mechanical equipment. - Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner. - Identifies problems, initiates work orders, accomplishes assigned work orders and does all necessary repairs relating to their expertise. - Performs duty rounds by using daily checklists.  Reports on and corrects noted problems. - Coach and mentor other Techs and provide them with knowledge and experience to help enhance their skills. - Audit and inspect work of other Techs and provide feedback, if needed. - Assist with maintenance requests for other trades, as needed.     Qualifications - Four years’ experience in kitchen and/or laundry repair and maintenance. - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams and other blueprints. - Skilled with using tools required in this trade. - Valid Texas Driver’s License preferred.     Job Tag: CareersInMaintenance
