As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of our facilities through expert painting services.
- Conduct routine inspections of interior and exterior surfaces to assess painting needs and identify areas for maintenance.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary.
- Select and mix paints, stains, and coatings to match existing colors or specifications.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform touch-up and repair work on painted surfaces to maintain a uniform appearance.
- Coordinate with other maintenance team members to schedule painting projects and minimize disruptions to daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of paint inventory, usage, and equipment maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with painting materials and equipment.
- Assist in other maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
- Keep abreast of new painting techniques, materials, and equipment to enhance job performance and efficiency.
As a Spa Receptionist at The Spa at Flamingo Resort & Spa, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional guest service while maximizing business opportunities and optimizing the Spa treatment schedule. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests receive knowledgeable information about our wellbeing services, enhancing their visit and promoting Flamingo Resort & Spa. Acting as a spa ambassador, you will warmly welcome guests, provide detailed information about our services, and effectively upsell treatments and packages.
- Answer phones, book spa appointments using our booking system, and enthusiastically describe and promote treatments, spa facilities, and packages to guests.
- Respond to email inquiries promptly, ensuring responses are provided within one hour of receipt.
- Skillfully upsell services and packages, ensuring that each guest is fully informed about our offerings.
- Review the daily schedule for call, room, and maximization accuracy, paying close attention to package bookings to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Assist the Spa Supervisor with monthly prep room inventory for professional products, inventory for guest supplies, and kitchen inventory for cleaning supplies.
- Support retail inventory management as directed, ensuring the retail area is properly stocked and staged at all times.
- Ensure smooth operations by reviewing the daily treatment schedule and preparing/maintaining guest areas to meet our high standards and protocols.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling breaks and lunches for staff.

- Uphold a standard of excellence in professional image and service delivery.

The Fitness Coordinator is responsible for providing a positive work environment for all employees, the highest quality guest service and product. The Fitness Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness department, including assisting with hiring, primary training, evaluating, and programming development, in collaboration with the Executive Director, Wellness.
Supports: Personal Trainers, SPOKEN programming and Group Exercise Instructor.
The Personal Trainer’s purpose is to build a client base that contributes to departmental revenues by maintaining an existing client base, marketing programs and services, and utilizing the highest quality of customer service.
- Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of members and guests.
- Demonstrate correct use of all weight and cardiovascular equipment.
- Conduct client interviews and counsel members on exercise recommendations based on fitness evaluations as well as members’ needs and goals.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 personal training sessions per week (average) after 120 days of employment.
- Assist in development and implementation of club programs and events.
- Participate in all staff related meetings and other required activities.

- Encourage members to take advantage of other club services and programs.
- Recommend changes for programming and services in line with current market trends.
