Come be a part of something bigger!     Pyramid Global Hospitality is a strong believer in offering our employees Work-Life Effectiveness through, practices, policies, and programs to help our employees achieve success at both work and home.  Here are just some of the great benefits we offer:  - Full Time employees have access to Medical and Dental insurance to fit your needs  - Mosaic Learning Center (You can grow both personally and professionally through on-line webinars and self-study courses)   - 401K match (Let us help you build your financial future)  - Companywide Hotel Room Discounts (Who doesn’t love to get away?)  - Paid Time Off  - Employee Assistance Program (We are here to support you and your loved ones)  - Partnerships and discounts with major retailers such as AT&T, Verizon and Dish to name a few  - Many more!       Your Role:  - Efficiently and properly performs all service and sequences of service standards.  - Sets up and breaks down the bar area.  - Performs accurate cash and POS procedures.  - Counts bank on a daily basis.  - Maintains inventory at par levels.  - Greets and acknowledges with a smile guests promptly and in a friendly manner.  - Recognizes repeat guests, welcomes them back.  - Addresses guests by surname whenever possible.  - Prepares and serves drinks according to recipes for guests and servers.  - Ensures standardization and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality.  - Responsibility to sell on a consistent basis, while continuing to create new strategies for increasing the check average of each guest.    - Responsible to “up sell” on any given opportunity.  - Retains and maintains complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items.  - Using the Bar Food menu as another selling tool.  - Checks identification for proof of age when required.  - Builds a rapport with guests while serving them.  - Monitors guest’s drinks and anticipates guest’s needs.  - Provides food service as appropriate.  - Keeps Bar counter clean at all time.  - Ensures proper payment from departing guests.  - Invites and welcomes guests back upon completion of their visit.  - Prepares bar for next shift.  - Performs accurate cash/credit handling and POS procedures in accordance with Company policies and procedures.  - Ensures the order and cleanliness of the bar is in accordance to health and safety regulations.  - Must be knowledgeable about Hotel, Restaurant/Lounge and surroundings, i.e. nearby entertainment, stores, hotels, etc.   - Performs all duties and sequences of service in adherence to standards.  - Must have the ability to provide friendly, courteous and professional service to all internal and external customers/guests, at all times.  - Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and late hours when necessary.  - Must have the ability to report to work on time and on a regular basis.  - Other duties as assigned.

Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.  - Perform check-ins and checkouts and room change procedures. Ensure all dates are fully entered into the hotel’s system in accordance with reservation.  - Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints  - Function as a liaison between Valet, Front Desk, all other departments, vendors and tenants to ensure a high level of communication and efficient operation.  - Confer and cooperate with other managers to insure coordination of hotel activities.  - Works in concert with department heads to coordinate hotel activities and resolve problems.  - Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.  - Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to hotel’s policies and procedures.  - Act as manager-on-duty at times ensuring consistency of service throughout all hours of operation  - Oversee and develop guest engagement activities and strategies along with department head  - Oversee walk strategies in the event of a sellout and coordinate with sister properties.
