You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.   The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.     COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: - From $14.00-$18.00 per hour - Paid biweekly (every two weeks) - Extensive health benefits, paid time off, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts at hundreds of US and international properties.   SCHEDULE: The hospitality industry is 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days of the year. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Checks with leadership for daily objectives. - Support in setting up any a la carte stations required for mealtimes. - Produces dishes in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef. - Preps, cleans, and organizes workstation. - Maintains a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. - Performs banquet, kitchen line, and prep functions as directed by the Executive Chef, Hotel Chef and Sous Chefs. - Completes mise en place before start of service. - To include other duties as assigned.

Supported by our nationally recognized culinary team, we are always striving to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining financial responsibility. This leader is responsible for performing the essential functions listed below to the highest standard, training and holding all restaurant team members accountable for exceptional service.   COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: - Salaried position, paid biweekly - Extensive health benefits, paid time off, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts at hundreds of US and international properties.   SCHEDULE: - Full-time, 40-50 hours per week - Days of week/weekend scheduled will vary depending on levels of business forecasted   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Maintaining a strong, consistent presence in the restaurant/outlet areas, assisting the team in any capacity, and providing frequent coaching and development of elevated service skills and techniques.  - Responsible for maintaining a consistently smooth-running operation balanced with fiscal expectations and outstanding food and beverage experiences.   - Assuring clear, concise and thorough communication of all F&B related items as well as other relevant hotel and local happenings.   - Mentoring of the F&B supervisory team for growth and success.  - Hiring, training, and developing all restaurant/outlet team members.  - Providing timely accountability, counseling, and monthly meetings for team members.  - Forecasting and scheduling of staff according to anticipated business levels.  - Communicating dependably with Director of Food and Beverage, General Manager, etc. on all upcoming events, promotions, new products, etc.  - Attending department head, conference review, F&B, and pre-con meetings as appropriate.    - Monitoring of all current inventories, their administration, and ordering of new product as necessary. - Daily tracking of payroll and revenue.  - Monitoring and critiquing food quality and service levels.  - Handling and successfully resolving guest complaints.  - Assist in other hotel operations when needed.

Responsibilities also include performing various work order tasks and preventative maintenance on equipment.   COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: - $14/hr. – Biweekly (every two weeks) - Extensive health benefits paid time off, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts at hundreds of US and international properties. SCHEDULE: - The hospitality industry is 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days of the year. All candidates must be available and are expected to work Texas A&M football game days, Ring Days, graduations, and other high occupancy times due to special events. We strive hard to manage and minimalize overtime, but it should and will be expected when business levels call for it. - Full-time: 30-40 hours per week depending on level of business forecasted - Days of week/weekend scheduled will vary depending on level of business forecasted. - Shift: Primarily an evening shift with possible fluctuation due to business needs (projected 8-hour shift) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Resolves guest’s problems and handles all guest requests. - Identifies problems, initiates work orders, accomplished assigned work orders, and does all necessary repairs. - Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner. - Complete the duty rounds checklists, report, and correct noted problems. - Responsible for correct use of office equipment, EMS system and Life Safety Systems, (training provided). - Perform swimming pool chemical tests, make corrections, and have a working knowledge of pool equipment (training provided).
